This policy explains what Video Blade collects, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, password (stored only as a hash), language and interface settings.
• Usage data: projects, prompts, generation logs and files your agent creates through the Service, your token balance and purchases, the dates of your visits and of your agent's requests.
• Payment data: payments are processed by our payment provider; we receive only the amount, the status and what is needed to show your purchase history — never full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting for up to 30 days.

How we use it

To run the Service (sign-in, projects, generations, billing), to send letters you asked for (password recovery, email confirmation, receipts), to prevent abuse and to improve the Service. We do not sell your data and do not use your content to train AI models.

Third parties

Generations are produced by third-party AI model providers, who receive the prompts and inputs needed for a generation. Files are stored with cloud storage providers, letters are sent through an email delivery provider, payments go through a payment provider. Each of them processes data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies

Only the necessary ones: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a cookie with your language. No advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may see, correct, export or delete your data and close your account: write to support@video-blade.com. Residents of California and of the EU/EEA have additional rights under the CCPA and the GDPR; we honor them for everyone and answer within 30 days.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored only as hashes and connections are encrypted. We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after the account is closed, except records we must keep for accounting.

Children

The Service is not for children under 18.
