Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Video Blade (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Video Blade provides production protocols for AI agents, a dashboard for the results they create, and paid generation of images, video and music through third-party AI models. Generations are ordered on your behalf by your own AI agent or by the agent we host for you.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your password and API key secret: anything done with your key counts as done by you. Tell us at once if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Tokens and payments

Generations are paid with tokens. Tokens are bought in advance, are credited to your balance after the payment is confirmed and never expire. Token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. The price of every generation is shown before it runs; prices for future purchases may change.

4. Your content

You own the prompts you write and the results generated for you, to the extent permitted by law and by the licenses of the underlying models. You grant us a license to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service. You are responsible for your content and must not use the Service to create material that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, sexualizes minors, depicts real people without their consent, or harasses anyone.

5. Storage

Files are kept while your account is active, within the storage limits of your plan. We may delete files that exceed your limits after notifying you, and delete all content of an account that has been closed.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, share accounts, or resell access without our written consent. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI models can produce inaccurate, unexpected or inappropriate results — review them before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the dashboard or by email 14 days in advance. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
